I'm still in the product's trial phase but I have to publicly commend their customer service team for super quick, helpful responses, and for going above what I expected on handling an shipping charge issue. I did not expect that and was content to think the matter was closed. Thank you, TheraPet! This is the kind of thing that will keep your customers coming back.

I don’t think these diffusers work. I’ve been buying them for a couple of yrs and my cat still pees outside the litter box. Furthermore, and more importantly the company is Unethical!! I was doing my taxes last week and noticed SIX charges for the same order in ONE month!! I have called & sent multiple emails and NO ONE has called me back. I am ready to report them to the better business bureau!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!! Their customer service is the worst!!

Therapet word great. Except I started noticing him peeing on furniture. I’ve been using Therapy for almost 2 years and when this started, I noticed that one of the diffusers did not display the light. So I ordered new and now he goes outside, not inside.

Absolutely love Therapet. Not only does the product work so well for our cat household (now 4!), but it’s far cheaper than Feliway AND when I had issues with one order that had leaked, the customer service was exceptional. And ordering is so easy. Have been a repeat purchaser for several years now.

I recommend this to anyone with a multi-pet house hold. We have a cat who used to literally attack our dogs, the diffusers have made her turn to just glaring instead of outright violence. We also ordered some for our dogs to help with the any lingerie anxiety. Overall it has helped our household decompress after our move into our new home. We love therapet and keep our home fully stocked!

Cancelled subscription due to wanting to try other products and moved, yet was still charged after the fact then only offered a discount not refund. I had thrown away the diffuser so could not use the product but was only offered a 25% discount to buy a new one. Company holds you to ransom to buy their product so buyer beware. I attempted to resolve the his with them and they were not interested.
