Their product is amazing and really helps if your cat is occasionally marking or spraying i see a big difference when i use the wall plug ins. The support team emailed me back right away they were very reasonable and helpful. I’d give this product and team a 10/10 excellent!

Love the products. They work well on my ACD! But it is expensive so I buy them when they are on sale. BUT the 10.95 shipping fee if you don’t buy $40.00 of products is really way too much.

This did not work what so ever paperwork states to allow 30 days to work and if you wait the 30 days you can no longer receive refund. My dog urinated more than before I started using this product only gave a 1 star because you have to click one to review

We completely understand how frustrating and concerning that must have been. 💙 Our formula is designed to support pets experiencing stress or anxiety, which can sometimes contribute to behaviors such as indoor urination, chewing, or barking. However, we understand that these behaviors can also have many other causes, including medical issues, training, environmental changes, or boredom. If anxiety isn’t the primary factor, a diffuser may not be effective on its own. For persistent or worsening urination, we would also recommend speaking with a veterinarian to help rule out any underlying medical cause. We also tried to locate your order so we could personally review what happened, but unfortunately, we haven’t been able to find it using the information available through Trustpilot. Over the past year communication has improved. This is important as I rely heavily on TherapetMD. It is fantastic for my multi cat household and as soon as a cat starts getting upset I check the diffusers. Sure enough they need a replacement. It really does work.
