Therapet has actually changed my life!! I don’t understand how this works, but it is just amazing!! We have been rescuing dogs for over 10 years and often have more than one in our house… the resident chihuahua marks constantly, never mind if he feels too cold to use the dog door 🤭 As soon as we got therapet he stopped !!! It’s so good to not have to clean up urine a few times a day!! I have ordered more diffuser’s so that I can have it in every room. I moved it one day after 2 weeks of no wee’s,and he did it inside again…I can’t be without it!! Therapet is a game changer!!!

I saw there add on YouTube back in December 2025. I placed my order on Christmas day and I forgot about it until I started getting these charges on my bank statement . As of Jan, Feb 2026 I had paid $63.41, and $ 64.24 I went to my bank and put a stop because I had not received any merchandise as of yet. I could not find any emails with information of invoice from orders sent to me from Therapet MD what so ever. My bank cancelled the card I had used for that original purchase. In May 4 I got another payment of $66.24 taken from my bank account again from Therapet MD, I went to my bank got my card cancelled again and filled a fraud claim canceled my automatic payment and finally found their website. I reached out to Therapet MD they have had the wrong address and phone number wrong on the account I updated it on May 20,2026. Only after they sent me a Email letting me know that my subscription was current and that they had sent another packet to that unknown to me address again! And that they could not cancel that order or refund my money at that time until I inscribed on their website. I had requested in an Email to cancel my subscription or account back in May 15,2026. This company does not like to give REFUNDS back they do everything to keep taking your money 🤑. BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU INPUT YOUR CARD INFORMATION!!!!

This product has been a miracle relief integrating our 2 babies and 2 adults. No fighting, no hissing and all four cohabitate in peace. The calming spray is fantastic. I highly recommend it to multi cat households.

I ordered tree vials of pheromone and a defusers from this company seven weeks ago. Their ad says shipping is free, it is not. The shipping was very slow and when the package arrived the dispenser did not work. I attempted to contact the company, but there is no phone number and the address: 30 N Gould St in Sheridan, WY is fake. There are thousands of scam companies using this. Just Google the address. It took over a week to get a response to me mail and after 6 weeks they are still dragging their feet about sending me a replacement of the cheap plastic item. I would avoid this company like the plague. I have nearly $70 worth of cat calming pheromones that I am unable to use. I suspect their product is as worthless as their customer care and fake business address.

I was about to rehome my sweet puppy but thera pet helped calm her down and now i wouldnt trade her for the world. What a difference.
