I have a highly reactive dog. She is a pound puppy so I don’t know what she has been through. The Therapet diffusers have settled her down a lot. The barking hasn’t stopped completely but I don’t want a silent dog either! Will continue to buy.

These people were very professional because I didn't have a clue in what I was doing. So I emailed a lady and I said I could not afford to keep paying for the refills and asked if she could cancel my subscription to. So she did that but because I had 2 new ones arrived they told me to keep them but offered me half the money back. So I was more than happy so I would recommend your service to anyone

The diffusers emit a strange smell like burning plastic and the liquid leaks. I had multiple diffusers so it’s not an isolated problem. The company agreed to give me back 40% which I accepted because the return postage was too high. Money wasted and I threw them in the bin.

I bought Therapet a while ago. I plugged it in and the peeing indoors stopped! I thought I had trained my puppy. Well, I took it out and it accidentally got thrown away. After 1 day she was back to peeing on the floor again! This really works!!
