There customer service is very good and helpful I was surprised that my email was answered so quickly and my needs were met too I really like there product

My purchase took quite a few weeks to arrive. The site says it is odourless but I had a smell of old cooking oil which stopped when I unplugged the units. 2 friends experienced headaches when sitting next to the diffusers. Helped my cats for a few days but then they started spraying more than ever. Sorry, I won’t use it again.

At first I wasn't sure the diffuser was helping, but just realized that one had run out. We have 3 Chihuahua mixed dogs, two are boys, and they don't bark nearly as much or as long. I have a female that has some bladder issues and it has definitely calmed down the accidents she has. I just ordered 6 more refills so I don't run out again. Thank you, TheraPet!!

We have a rescue dog and he keeps hiking in the house. He goes out most of the time but at least once a day he hikes. When we purchased therapet in a few weeks we noticed he hadn’t hiked since we plugged them in. We ran out recently and he went back to hiking again. I won’t be without them anymore. Awesome product!

I was very dubious of this product as with our previous cat we had used Feliway, but it really didn’t help very much. Whilst looking for Feliway I was shocked at how expensive it was, this product came up in my search the reviews and info looked promising and the starter diffuser kit with emergency spray wasn’t too expensive so ordered and it arrived in time for our new kitten. It worked very well we have had no problems plus using the spray on all her bedding plus pet carrier ment she not only got in carrier on her own but fell asleep on way home. Now just ordered refills to keep the happy home vibe going. Great product would always recommend and have done to all the cat parents we know.

Was sceptical at first but I can honestly say what a difference this has made. Took about 10 days to see any change in habit, but seems to be working with no 'accidents' waiting for me in the morning.

My dog is a very anxious dog , she doesn't like Thunderstorms I got the Therapet and she was not worried about the noise at all I was amazed. So now I've just ordered the refills.

This plug in has stopped my beautiful Main Coon male stop spraying. Yes he should be fixed but they told me if I did he would stop growing. Awesome product
