I am very happy with this product. It works well with my cats being less aggressive with each other. With 4 male and 3 female cats it has truly made a positive difference in our lives. I have now ordered automatic refills. I highly recommend this product

I was wary at first, but our cat had started peeing where she wasn’t supposed to, and I took a chance on TheraPet. It paid off 100%! She is a calmer and happier cat now, and she only pees in her litter boxes now! Yaaaayyy!!!

We had purchased the diffusers for dog calming. We understood that there would be no smell so we thought nothing of it. We had them plugged in for a day. When I got up the next morning the smell was very strong and the diffusers were hot to the touch. They only way I can describe the smell is like melting plastic with a musty undertone to them. We noticed a small amount of smoke coming from the top of the diffusers. (Possibility the product burning off) We later did some digging and found out that there is a good possibility that they can overheat and cause fire. When we unplugged them we couldn't hold them for more than a few seconds....that's how hot they were. Not to mention the smell filled our living room and we had air it out. We called for a return and refund and the company only was only going to try and give us a 45% return and we had to pay for ship the product back to them. They said if we don't want to ship them then donate them to an animal shelter. We are still fighting about the return and refund as of this post. Customer service was completely unprofessional and would accept and responsibility or accountability for their defective product. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIS PRODUCT OR COMPANY!!!!!! Buyer beware. If I could give them negative stars I would.

This is my 2nd review, I had a long phone conversation with one of your people about my experience and she mentioned using my connection as part of a promotion and reminded me that the 4th is coming up. My brother's and niece's dogs may be nervous so I ordered some TherapetMD for their dogs as well using express shipping, as it worked so well with my puppy (8 months) it should work with their dogs as they are afraid of the fireworks! It worked with my little puppy Honeybuns Hope and she finally adjusted but since I have leftovers of this I may have to use it for the 4th of July!
