This Calmed my dog and my sisters as they are both Rescues and sometimes that have had a rough time so this helps them settle in and adjust to new surroundings. The company does a great job with promoting the products. This is my second purchase.

Really disappointed that the diffuser that was supposed to lay for 30 days only lasted for 11. No way can I afford to replace at this rate. I haven't seen any change in any of my 3 dogs behaviour, though I do know it's early days. But at that price every 11 days I will give them a miss!

Product didn't help at all and they signed me up for a subscription to keep receiving the product without me realizing. This should be asked, not assumed. Terrible service.

Factors such as airflow, room temperature, and placement near vents, windows, or fans can sometimes cause the liquid to evaporate more quickly. Therapet was working in the first three to four hours. Dog was calm, no indoor peeing, and I was able to correct barking with a calm word and a soft touch. However, I noticed an odd smell in the house that I could not place. I had forgotten all about the Therapet diffusers we had placed earlier and didn't connect the two. Then my nose started run. My eyes became watery. My throat started to hurt. My nose completely plugged up, my eyes started crying, and my throat started burning. I was miserable and couldn't figure out why. While playing with my dog, I bent down to where I had a Therapet device plugged in and realized that was what I was smelling and figured out that was the problem. Once I turned it off, my symptoms cleared up within an hour or so. If I was feeling so bad, I have never been so miserable. Hours later and my throat is still raw. I am hesitant to use this on my dog considering how much more sensitive they are. And I certainly cannot use this when I am in the house. Waste of money if you ask me. Be care using this around people with sensitivities.

Product did not work as expected. Also because its a subscription service they sent the next round of product without sending any message prior they were renewing for the next round like most reputable companies due so you can cancel or pause if you need too. Then when I went to cancel it was a pain in the butt because you had to go search for the cancelation section and then go thru several rounds of confirming with them trying to trick you into clicking the wrong thing and keeping the subscription. I wanted to reach out to customer service but there is no way to do so. And then when I went to apply for a refund in their refund section its telling me I cant apply until a certain date because I haven't recieved the order yet. This is a second unwanted order so yes I freakin know I don't want it.

I have a rescue cat and I got a boy Maincoon as he grew he was dominant with my rescue so I got a female to take the pressure off it worked a bit butshe was going to the toilet everywhere she shouldn’t have been she started to lose her hair with stress.thought I was going have to rehome her , tried therapet saw a difference in a week been using it about 5 months it’s changed everything they all get on hardly any issues amazing stuff.

I’m a trapper and foster for a cat rescue and have many more cats here than I’d like sometimes. I have been through it all with aggressive kitties, stressed kitties, territorial kitties who want to mark everything and I’ve always used Feliway which really didn’t seem to make a difference no matter what the issue was. I tried Therapet and was very surprised at how quickly it works for all issues. I will never use Feliway again as it was more expensive and ineffective. I especially like the design of the Therapet Diffusers because I can turn them on and off. On really nice days when I want to open the windows I can turn them off and not waste product. Now, if you could just design a plugin diffuser that could be used in vehicles for transporting our fur babies to the Vet etc. I would be GRATEFUL and Ecstatic !!! Thank you for a great product!!

Honestly, I thought this product was bogus, but my kitties and I are living in a difficult situation. So, I tried the product and I am very happy. My kitties are more calm, happy and able to remain calmer over the course of the day and night. This product has made a big difference in the quality of life for all my indoor kitties and me.
