I have had this diffuser for one week. I can't believe the difference in my 2 cats. More loving, laying together (which is a first ever), and much less fighting. I just ordered a second diffuser and more refills. I'm also hoping the diffusers keep them calm during my upcoming move.

We have 6 rescue cats and having tried a couple of well known plug-in products, I figured I would give Therapet a go as no one wants to see their pets stressed. Plugged one in our bedroom in the afternoon and later that evening, there they were. So relaxed and laid back instead of chasing and squabbling. I honestly can't believe the fast reaction! Just ordered more refills while the discount is available! Top marks Therapet!

Paid for my items and never received them. They kept giving me the runaround for a refund. Had to dispute with my bank. My order number is 15214. I’ve contacted them numerous times after their review and they never answer

Late delivery then defective diffuser. Used one week and diffuser was defective leaking oils down my wall onto my wood floors. Sent 2 emails to ask for a refund. They never even had the courtesy to responded to either email. They don’t stand by their advertisements!

One diffuser was defective out of the box after waiting for weeks to get it, then had to wait days for a response only to be insulted and expected to jump through hoops for a cheap diffuser. Considering I spent almost a couple hundred I’d think they would try to keep a good paying customer happy. I’ll go with the competition now. I’ll never recommend anyone buy from this company ever!

I’ve got several kitties and i noticed it really helps with their stress levels. When the diffuser runs out, they start getting rambunctious again. It’s been helpful and keeps them relaxed :) no smell either

I ordered this product paid for it and got a BS USPS tracking number that my Post Master said was not a good number ...I asked how long it should take from LA to NW Ohio and he said no more than 7days ....its been 9days and still getting the same line of BS ....oh it was sent out ....I asked for a refund bc I've yet to receive this product I paid for....False Advertising applies here .
