Disappointed in product and customer service. I ordered 4 diffusers, opened three. No light came on to indicate they were working. Contacted company TEN times, got compassionate, understanding, heartfelt response each time. But, "Tech Team" never contacted me. After the 5th compassionate, understanding response the "Refunds and Returns Team" never contacted me. I am out $108. I do not believe this company has a live person responding. No live person would write paragraphs of flowery words expressing their sorrow and disappointment that I am dissatisfied. Also, the questions asked of me indicated the person (?) responding was not familiar with the product components, shapes, or colors. 0rder #20271

This sounds exactly what my multicat household needs. Constant fights for territory or human attention are making my cats anxious and prone to aggression and inappropriate defecation. Looking forward to a peaceful and clean environment with happy kitties!

I love this product! Our Ginger cat used to howl during the middle of the night and since we started using this product, we all get to sleep again! Plus, he’s become so mushy and affectionate! Sign me up for refills!!!

I have an extremely spicy Kitty named Snow. I brought home a nine month old kitten Sophia and did the separation thing for Two weeks. Snow was not having it so I purchased this product and it's been two weeks of almost calm. I'll take it compared to my poor Sophia hiding in my laundry hamper. Snow is still much better now. I recommend Therapet so much so I just ordered an additional 3 months. I LIVE THE HARMONY 😺

We recently adopted two male cats. We've been trying for two months to get them to tolerate each other. We have also used another brand with no results but I thought I would try this diffuser. We have three in our house and within literally hours the boys were not only getting along and can stay in the same area of the house together, they also run around and play! I'm so happy with this product!

I've used other cat calming diffusers but nothing helped until I bought TheraPetMD. Ten months ago, I took in an 11 year-old cat from someone going on hospice. Nothing worked to help him to accept my other cats and come out of hiding until I tried this a month ago. He is starting to accept the other cats and even has come out of the bedroom to walk around the house. I know that within a few months he will be accepted by, and accepting my other cats with the continued use of this product. Thanks so much!
