the customer service responded timely when I had a question and was very helpful. I have 3 cats who were not all getting along. It has only been a few weeks and I am noticing they are all in the same room now without chasing each other. I think this is working, I didn't like my cats being hostile to each other. Two are seniors and the youngest is a little aggressive, she seems calmer now.

I have never seen a pheromone diffuser work… I have tried everyone on the market. I am a foster and have multiple cats at one time they don’t always get along when I tried this I didn’t hold much faith, but after having it plugged in for 24 hours I won’t go without one again, give it a shot. Your cats will love you for it.

I have used other products and they worked but TherapetMD has surpassed them all. My cats are more relaxed, fighting is minimal if any and no more spraying or marking of territory. Would continue to use and would recommend.
