Great company hoping this will work on spraying as recently moved and cats taking a while to settle

I ordered this in October. just opened one for use this Dec. the diffuser has yellow beak like button you click to light up to show it working But it would not light. when it finally did work the smell was so bad it affected my nose so bad that I had to unplug it. I sent an e-mail asking fr the info to where to return it within their 30 day time frame but the reply from John reads In addition to our standard return process, we offer a 45% partial refund as an alternative option. Instead of returning the items, you may find this more convenient. I sent a reply back that I wanted the return address and wanted full $71.74 refund for the return of all the items unopened. I find it strange that there is no manufactured by info on any of the instruction paperwork or the box. a second reply from John was to offer me a 50 % partial refund which I replied I want a full refund. He said it was being processed, Still no return address for the product. Update dec. 15, 2023: finally received a refund for product. it did not have to come to this if a refund was given right away instead of all the hassle. Was told to keep the product or give it away. I will try to find some cat owner who wants it. I just can't handle the smell. Thank you Therapet.

I saw so many positive reviews and I have 2 cats that can't seem to get along . So I think you will be a big help to me.

Have multiple cats that were hissing and not happy… plugged this in and they can be in same room and ignore each other… so that’s a plus. Hoping the dog one will help a shy scared rescue to be more calm.

I didn't know what to expect of the diffuser at first and wasn't sure it was working. The support team was very quick to answer my questions. The cat diffusers seem to be working well. I have just ordered for the dogs

This product actually works I was so skeptical yet desperate to get relief for my super anxious male cat who is extremely misunderstood due to his anxiety and within an hour of plugging the defuser in he calmed down! He’s relaxed and purring happily now instead of pacing and crying then peeing on everything! I’m a reapeat customer already thank you!
