unbelievable the difference in my cat. He wouldn't come near us now he smooches us kisses us and is a totally different cat

Brought the diffuser x2 not had them very long, however they do seem to be working my 2 cats were fighting a lot but they seem calmer and the fighting has reduced

I was skeptical at first but this product has been brilliant. We have a house of 4 adults and 2 kittens. Received them yesterday so the diffuser had been plugged in nearly a whole day but found the bad smell wasn’t the liquid it was the diffuser plastic which was burning ☹️ Not great considering it’s a plug in! Now worrying about the liquid that’s in it if the plastic diffuser head is dodgy.

I’m very upset… after 2 vet visits and out of $900. We realized it was the therapist MD that was making our cat sick. He wouldn’t eat nor drink. He only wanted to sleep. I only used one plug in. Where do I need to send the rest back to and what’s the process of a refund. I will NEVER use this product again. Therapet MD has turned my house upside down. No sleep thinking our fur baby wouldn’t make it through the night. Please respond on how I can get a FULL REFUND. 🚨UPDATE🚨 I was given a full refund after speaking with TheraPetMD. My fur baby is feeling better. He actually started acting better about 1 hour after I unplugged the TheraPetMD. I took him outside to get fresh air and he ate a little that night. By the next morning he was acting more like himself. This product may work for others it just wasn’t good for us.

This is looking a lot like a scam. The ad I saw on FB shows cats fighting, and later cuddling with eachother, implying that the product will help with agression. However, the information included in the box clearly states that the product will not help with agressive behavior in cats. The address given for TherapetMD here on trust pilot is 30 N. Gould St. Sheridan, which turns out to be a town in Wyoming. Many scammers use that address according to the local paper. You can Google the address and see for yourself. The item arrived today, shipped from China, but I won't be even trying it as I have no idea what's in those bottles. I have requested a refund as they offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. They did eventually give the 100% refund after first offering me smaller refunds, which I refused.
