I'm new to using Therapet, but experience is positive so far, just buying some refills to see if they work ongoing

I was excited to receive my diffusers and give them a try. After a lengthy wait they arrived, I plugged one in in a large open space. The unpleasant burning smell was wafting throughout the main floor of my house and giving me a headache. The diffuser itself is not hot and seems to be working properly.

I have a 3 year old silver male tabby. Appox a couple of years ago I brought a little female kitten home, I thought she would be company for Goose He was ok with Elsa for about 12 months,she is a lovely affectionate cat. It was a very sudden change, Goose began to growl,hiss then attack her, this was happening all the time and he got quite visiou towards her I tried so many calmers none of them worked that also includes feliway. Ok i thought we will try therapet and to my surprise it worked he is now my calm baby So thank you very much Therapet and Elsa thanks you to.

I have a 17 year old cat who has been nervous to the extent that I have rarely been able to hold her in my arms and who would run from me if I even looked at her. Before recently moving into a new apartment, I installed two plugs to make the transition easy for all 3 of my cats. It was, but what is AMAZING is that my older cat has an entirely new lease on life. She is out all the time; she plays with the other cats, and she is as mellow as can be!! Thank you, Therapet!

Very easy checkout. Bought a much desired item and it was so easy.

I plugged in the diffuser yesterday and immediately noticed a burning plastic odor. I kept checking if it felt too hot but that wasn’t the case. I can’t stand the smell. Also, I can can only use one plug in the outlet due to the design. Hesitant to use the top plug due to the burning odor. It may work for my cats but won’t ever know.
