I ordered $54. + of defuser products for a dog on the 19th and it is now the 27. There hasn't been any communication with company. Tracker says its been in the same places 3 days. Hope its worth it.

Therapet made integrating our outside feral with our inside cats easier. It worked to calm our most territorial cat enough to have hope of success. It started working faster than we expected. It has been 2 1/2 months now. Skirmishes occur every 3 or 4 days, if that, & are from misunderstandings rather than aggression. We plan to continue using it for a couple more months.

This product did not work for my cats at all. I even gave it the benefit of using it over 30 days. It also has a horrible smell to it! Unfortunately, I am now over the 30 day refund deadline. Personally, I would not recommend this product to anyone. It was a total waste of money.

I initially was a bit skeptical but after about 3-4 days I noticed all 4 of my kitties were much more "chill". They even were eating right next to one another and lying down closer without "arguments". I've recommended this product to other who experienced the same issues as I have. My house is a lot quieter and much less fur flying since using Therapet diffusers. I put them upstairs and downstairs for best results.

First order came quickly, product worked so I ordered refills…no product yet, no interaction from company a little upset now. Order was placed 1/17/24 and deducted

Tried this because I have a very high strung 13 year old and this has been a big help to my furry family of 3. And the price is not outrageous like others brands . Thank you from my Mikey.

Ordered a diffuser 1/15/24. Tracking number provided 1/17. It's 1/22 & no updates. Sent 2 emails to customer service. No response. No phone number to call. Tried messaging through Facebook tonight. Someone responded to my message 2 hours ago. And I am still waiting for an update. I think they're a scam. They have 24 hours to reply or I am calling my credit card company to dispute the charge.
