Our cats are much happier with Therapet! Much less hissing and more calm from both our girls. This is amazing!

I ordered 1/17/2024, they took my money, never sent confirmation, tracking number, or order number. I contacted, after much searching, and was sent tracking number. All I get is that it reached carrier on 26th, but no further up dates. Sent a message and was told they are working on it, and please wait 48 to 72 hours, for a response. Then I sent another message and asked again for tracking and order number, they sent me back same response as the first time. Totally not happy.

Easy ordering process and great prices!

My senior cat had been pooping & peeing in a corner of my Livingroom rather than using the litter boxes in another room, spending time hiding in front of a furnace vent behind my couch even when the furnace wasn’t on, and acting stand-offish even when she was on the couch. Now using Therapet, she is back to the litter box, spending more time up on the couch, and being more affectionate.

We ordered a 3 pack of diffusers with 6 refills for our cats. Only 1 diffusers and 2 refills were delivered. There is no customer service number, only an email. I have tried to contact them twice by email with no response. Definitely feeling ripped off for our $80.

This product did not work for my cats at all. I even gave it the benefit of using it for 28 days. Personally, I would not recommend this product to anyone. It is a total waste of money. I communicated with them before the 30 day window expired. All they have done is want to haggle and argue over the refund. I was really hoping this wasn't a scam but unfortunately, it seems like it is. I'm pretty sure they pay people to leave positive reviews. Probably all employees for 5 star reviews.

Since using this product for 2 months, I have noticed a decrease in aggression with one of my cats. Also, the territory war is over & the unwanted marking has stopped. The product is odorless & easily plugged in anywhere. Over all there is a calmer vibe in my multi cat home.

My order arrived in good time and the product was easy to instal. Within a week My old cat had stopped peeing on the floor and my two girls were just so chilled out and relaxed and peeing outside their litter box had reduced substantially . I am very happy with this product
