Our 12 year old neutered boy began to use our shower as his kitty litter box. He would also howl at night. Once I plugged the units in, one near his kitty tree and one in my bedroom, he began to use his kitty litter more often, still working on that and the howling has pretty much stopped. I'll continue to use this product as it seems to work for my Billy the Kiddy.

The diffuser received was defective.No customer service number to resolve issue. Also any return has a $9 restocking charge, which seems unusual for a defective product.

I am very impressed with the diffusers. I have tried other brands before, and they are so expensive and never worked. I gave TherapetMD a try as it seems the ingredients are natural , not just fake pheromones....Well to my surprise after about I week, 90% of the out of box peeing has stopped, and my 2 cats seem to be getting along much better...So I would have to say to my delight that it works...Thank you TherapetMD so making my life and my kitties lives much better...it works!

Great value for money and swift delivery. Brilliant for calming my very old stressed cat you can see them working and smelling when switching on. Just started using a couple of weeks ago and I see such an improvement in my dog when she is left home alone. She has not soiled on the floor at all. This product is great and works 100%
