Therapet has helped my cat calm down in a new environment. We introduced two cats and got 6 wall diffusers. We put them throughout our 800sq foot apartment and noticed a difference in about a week. We have kept the diffusers going since!

I'm on my second diffuser and I have not seen one bit of change...still peeing in the house on a daily marking chair feet and corners of everything, even after he has been let out. Not worth it in my opinion.

Such a disappointing attitude towards customer service. The product is not odourless as advertised. Their money back guarantee is not a true money back guarantee as they ask for you to pay international postage back to Texas, deduct a 10% handling fee and expect the product to be unopened even if you have had an issue.

My 2 year old Beagle was having some potty issues, so I thought I would give it a try. The product made her very aggressive and she tried to bite me on 2 occasions. I unplugged the products and after a couple days, she was back to herself again. From what I’ve read, it’s not worth asking for a refund, guess I’ll chalk it up to experience!

The diffuser did not work out of the box. I emailed on the night it was received and called. I never receive a call back. The only email I got referred to an email I never received. I replied to it and received 4 more exactly identically emails referring to the email I never received. I replied to every one, which was never acknowledged. Customer service sucks worse than any company I have every had to deal with. Don't ask me to email you. You don't reply.
