I bought two diffusers to test out wiht my dog. He would have anxiety when we would leave him alone at home. We just moved and being left alone was hard for him. We would see him on camera howling and panting by the front door. Since we started using TherapetMD he no longer howls by the door. He is more calm in general and does not seem stressed. I have one in the room he sleeps in and one in our hallway. Our home is about 1,600 sqft. and two have worked great for us. We do not notice any smells or scents. I have recommended it to all my friends with dogs or cats.
