I tried TheraPet on a whim to see if my 13-year-old fellow might become less of a fraidy-cat and use the litter more often. In the first month I've seen a big difference. He's definitely using the litter more frequently, though he still pees on the pee pads at times (but uses the litter for the rest). He's much more comfortable in his own skin. He will come out and eat when other people are around and is not as afraid of my other 2 cats. These are huge wins for this boy who used to live under my bed.
I tried a different pheromone product a year or so ago with no difference and so I wasn't expecting much, but TheraPet has made such an improvement in my cat that I'll keep buying it. Thank you!! Terrific product!!

Our standard poodle is calmer!
We have a standard poodle who is everything that a poodle is: excitable, barker, pees when she's excited. TherapetMD has helped control her barking and jumping on us when we enter the house. It's like she's a different dog. I've purchased enough bottles to last a year, and have given one of the diffusers to my neighbor who has an out-of-control toy poodle.

No return policy that is fair. Predators online trying to make a quick buck
I bought this because I had an issue with one of my cats after I moved. It never arrived. (its been weeks). By now, my cat is mostly better and doesn't need it. I also decided to do research on this company and found a multitude of things that made me realize buying it was a mistake.
1.) Multiple users note that theirs were a fire hazard and over heated. This is a risk I am not willing to take.
2.) Many people noted that their cats got seriously sick and almost died from the product. Again, not chancing that.
3.) Refund policy is ABYSMAL. You have to pay for shipping and a 9 dollar restocking fee. I emailed them that I wanted to return it for a refund and explained why. I also mentioned that I will not be paying a restocking fee. The response proves that this company is just a scam. They refused to take it back normally without the 9 dollar restocking fee and then offered a 30 percent refund and the ability to keep the product.
My takeaway from this - they are making products that are not genuine and of poor material. When a customer isn't happy, they just offer the 30 percent refund knowing that a decent amount of people will not want to deal with the stress of the return and having to pay for shipping and this mysterious restocking fee. It is clear that this company is run by scam artists just taking what they can from people.
It is an absolute shame because when you are dealing with pets not doing well, you are frantic and desperate to help them. Preying on pet parents in peril is one of the lowest tiers of scamming you can do.

Our black cat kept licking/biting her…
Our black cat kept licking/biting her hair off and a few days after we plugged in the diffuser, her hair started to grow back. Weeks later I noticed her hair was going away, and checked the diffuser. It was empty. I refilled the diffuser and her hair grew back.

HIGHLY Recommend
One of my Chihuahuas suffers from ptsd. We've had him for 3.5 years and I've tried numerous things to try to calm his anxiety and nothing worked for him.
