We needed to change things up for out "bad" boy cat.
We were previously using the Feliway diffuser for our cats. Our boy cat in particular. He started really acting "bad" about a month ago. Namely peeing on the bed and the floor mats by the bed. We needed to change things up. So we tried TherapetMD diffuser last month as one part of the changes. Thankfully Marky is mostly being a good boy these days. No more peeing on the bed!

This started working within a day
This started working within a day. Our puppy was peeing in the guest bathroom right in front of the doggy door. After a day, he stopped!

Great customer service
I haven't been using the plug ins very long, but one of them had an odd burning smell. I reached out to customer service and they quickly responded. We worked it out and they're sending a replacement plug in. They were very fast with their replies and I'm overall really happy with their customer service.

I have ordered from the website before and I appreciate the fact that there are often sales on the products that I would like to purchase. The website is very easy to navigate and the product that I purchased has been helpful for my cats! We use the cat calming diffuser and it really helps for our two male kittens!

Happy Cats
This product is wonderful as it has helped my two cats love eachother. I brought my second cat into our home recently causing my first cat to act out by spraying and misbehaving. After purchasing this product, my first cat did not even seem to be bothered by my new cat at all. It helped my first cat to show more affection to the whole family. My cats are happier and it shows. I'm so thankful for this product!!!!!!

I bought three diffusers and was sent…
I bought three diffusers and was sent ones that were wired for the UK. It took a while to get replacements that were wires for the US. Then I wasn’t sure they worked bc they said you should see a light come on when the button is pressed. However, I had to email them bc I wasn’t aware you had to plug them up in the dark so you could see the faint light. I used each diffuser until it was time to put in refill but none of them helped my dogs or worked as they said they should so I emailed to return the refills only and I was denied a refund saying it was past the 30 day return date, even though I had difficulties from the very being. Very poor customer service along with a product that DID NOT work at all. Very disappointed customer here.
