I have three male cats, and one of them constantly bullied the others. It got so bad that my oldest car would just hide all day. After using this diffuser for a couple of weeks, I noticed a huge difference. They still have their moments, but now they actually nap near each other instead of fighting. So relieved!

My experience with this company has been very accommodating. When I had my issue and I was able to show support of what my issue was it was dealt with and handled as they claimed they would do and refunded me properly. I'm very grateful that I didn't just get taken. I surely appreciate the representatives that worked with me. Please continue to be fair and honest with your customers. You got me for lifetime if this product does what you say it's gonna do.

The company responded promptly to my email and communicated well throughout the process

I had a question about the diffuser and sent an email to their support website. They responded quickly and gave me the answer I needed. Very professional & responsive. Just plugged it in last night. So far so good.

Had a little trouble at first, due to the light being so difficult to see, but finally figured out that it was working. Has been plugged in for 4 days now, I have not noticed any difference in pet behaviors and still getting accidents on the floor frequently. A bit disappointed.

The customer service was great when I thought their product wasn’t working. Here’s the tip they gave me, plug it in in a dark room instead of during daylight hours. I had cupped my hands when I first plugged it in and thought it didn’t work. After contacting them, I plugged it in in a dark room and I finally could see the light.

It is too soon to determine if it is calming my dog who is afraid of every noise. I can however vouch for customer service. I had it plugged in for a few days and did not see the light indicating it was on. I contacted the company and was immediately contacted by John who gave me many things to try to see if it was on. His response was surprisingly fast. I’m kind of embarrassed because it was the electrical outlet. I’ll write another review later once I see if it helps calm my dog.
