I had an issue with the process when I purchased through TheraPetMD. I am pleased to say that TheraPetMD resolved the issue very quickly and I was very pleased with their excellent service to me. I purchased the Dog calming diffuser kit for a friend whom I am pleased to say her dog Bella seems much more calmer when I last visited her.

I have been using the product for over 6 months now and I am satisfied with it. Besides the pee issue with my dogs, they also had the hair shedding problem because of stress I believe. Shedding has gone down a lot as well as the pee problem. I am replacing the diffusers since it’s recommended to do so every 6 months. Customer service is prompt to respond. I recommend this product 100%.

Website was easy to use.... checkout was simple......have been happy with the product..... with four cats there had been the occasional squabbling, since we started using the diffusers that has been greatly reduced.....they are easy to use as well.

I have been using the diffusers for a while to stop my dog weeing in the house. I find this product useless. If anything it has got worse. This product does not work!!!. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. Save your money and find other solutions.

Wonderful people kind words but product did not work for my pets unfortunately. They have extreme anxiety from previous owners

We adopted a rescue dog and for the first 3 months we had trouble with marking as a result of his anxiety. I read a review of Therapet’s dog calming g formula. And ordered 2 diffusers- with 48 hours after plugging g them in he had stopped marking on the house - that was 5 mo the ago- no accidents since then and his anxiety had reduced considerably!! Have just placed an order for a cat diffuser for our elderly kitty who is showing do e signs of anxiety as he grows older- am feeling g pretty confident it will help him as well!
