This company is a scam. Their phone number is no longer in service. I cancelled several months ago and still get shipped and billed!

The product works
The product works! I have found that we do not have as many 'accidents' as we used to.
In fact, I just ordered two more to make sure they are in each room

Customer service is great. The product did work for my anxious cat as a supplement to her medication. I would suggest that if you think it doesn’t work, a vet consult is needed as you may also need medication because cats don’t pee everywhere for no reason. It doesn’t chew up electricity if you turn it off at night. Plus it will last longer.

Therapet are good.
The experience of this company is the website ia easy to use . Ive uaed this company and products before and they work for my dog who is very anxious and it has calmed him down. Keep up the good work.

/5 stars if I could. Complete waste of money. This product does not work at all. It didn’t stop the peeing, didn’t even slow it down. The one thing it was supposed to do, it didn’t do. On top of that, it just sits there sucking electricity and jacking up my power bill for a product that does nothing. To make it worse, they lock you into an auto-refill subscription that’s a pain to cancel, clearly banking on people not noticing the charges rather than the product actually working. Save your money. This is a scam dressed up with a slick commercial. Anyone who buys this deserves a full refund.

TheraPet is designed to provide calming support for pets experiencing stress or anxiety, but indoor urination can have many possible causes, including medical concerns, environmental changes, marking, or training-related issues. Because of this, a calming diffuser may not resolve the behavior when anxiety isn’t the underlying cause.
