I ordered this product because I am going to have a visiting dog. I do not have a dog of my own now. I was hoping this product would help the dog remain calm. While ordering there is a notice that purchasing enrolls you in a subscription. That did not hit me until I clicked on purchase. I had a time trying to find customer service, but did find an email to send to. They did stop the subscription and are sending the product that I want.

If I could give this zero stars, I definitely would. I tried this product about a year ago, and it did absolutely nothing to prevent my dogs peeing all over the place. I didn't purchase it again. I decided a week ago to re-try it, since it has so many positive reviews. IT STILL DOESN'T WORK for my dogs. If anything, they're peeing even more and in different areas than before. I should have trusted my gut and not re-purchased it. DO NOT BUY THIS STUFF!!

I have no doubt many of the 5-star reviews on here are fake. DO NOT BUY from this company. They enlist deceptive marketing tactics like dark patterns and subscription traps. The product has done nothing for my pets - which is ok, every animal is different - but my issue with the company is their unclear, automated subscription model. Your purchase appears 'one-off', but in a months time your card will be charged with the second purchase of the subscription. I luckily saw this immediately and emailed requesting a cancellation of the order and any future purchases (I had trouble cancelling my subscription as it is intentionally misleading/easy to 'pause' instead, and wanted to confirm it had been permanently cancelled). I received a response in 3 minutes advising me that my subscription had been cancelled, and they would look into cancelling my order. I submitted my request for cancellation within the 30-minute time frame outlined in the company's 'cancellation policy' over the next 24 hours I sent three emails requesting an update on the cancellation. I then received an email that my order had been shipped. Immediately after I received a response offering me a 45% refund. This is very clearly an intentional tactic. I will not personally be accepting anything other than a full refund, as this company as violated both their own cancellation policies and Australian Consumer Law regarding misleading and deceptive conduct. Of course, many reviews detail the same experience. These are buried among countless fake or paid positive reviews. I struggle to understand how this is an effective model of business - relying on scamming first time customers for a second order. I completely mistrust this business and believe they are an insincere, scam model. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM - there are plenty of trustworthy, established diffuser companies out there. I have no doubt it will be a long and difficult battle to both communicate with this companies support team and receive my refund. I explicitly informed them in my first email that I am in a severe financial situation and that this has been extremely distressing. They do not care, and are following the same set of tactics described by others. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Shame on you, Therapet. Make a product that sells because it works, not out of scamming well intentioned customers giving you a shot.

Honestly, the product simply works.

I have a young neutered cat that for some strange reason has started to mark territory around the house. My cats are indoor, fixed cats. He has been getting nervous, anxious, and scared about almost everything. He started marking inside cupboards, then dish rack, then furniture and corners of rooms almost everyday. Since I have a diffuser in every room now his markings are seldom happening, maybe once every 1-2 weeks. Im going to continue using them. Thankyou ❤️

I was recently charged for my subscription after my dog had passed away and I forgot to cancel the account. I emailed customer service and Ina was the one that responded to me. She not only credited my account back but she sent the nicest email with her heartfelt condolences. The cancellation was very easy and the response time was within 24 hours. She is the reason that I will be using yall in the future when I decide to get another dog. The product truly works and helped my dog with marking in the house and calming him when I was away.

Plug ins and calming spray have been helping. Customer service is quick to respond and helpful.

As promised so it delivers! Faced with the prospect of having to re-home one of my two cats due to the stress between them. One hated the other and the other became super timid because of it. I had nothing to lose by giving it a try as I didn’t want to give one of them up. Within a week things were starting to change. When the one cat would normally attack the other it would just walk past. The timid cat started to come out of hiding dramatically more. A month and they are different cats and I get to keep both of them!
