Our female Bengal cat is now 18 and is quite happy in and outside. Over the last year she has started to pee indoors. We have tried everything and all sorts of tests to find out why and to try and make her stop. I saw therapet advertised on Instagram and thought we could give it a try as nothing else seemed to work. Plugged it in yesterday (slight moan - I bought it on Amazon and it came with a USA plug so buy on the Therapet site as it comes with a UK plug) anyway it actually worked! Last night was the first night in ages she hasn’t pee’d - so thank you!

Therapet product is not only great but their customer service is AWESOME too!

I loved the product but unfortunately lost my dog. I contacted TherapetMD about the refund process. The team could not have been kinder or more accommodating. They went way above what I was expecting. They know how to do customer service well.

I purchased this as a one time purchase several months ago, my dog has calmed down and is doing great, I also gave a set to a friend whose dog was destructive and had bad anxiety, and she is a new dog now, calm and happy. I am buying some to give to my groomer friend for her home and shop. I highly recommend this TherapetMD

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER PLEASE DO NOT ORDER! FAKE! Chinese cheap rubbish, marketed via platforms like Facebook, made to look legit! I tried to cancel my subscription, but it was sent out. When it arrived ( slowly), I requested a refund, the address to send it to and took photos of the unopened package as per their website. I then needed to chase this a few days later; I got a reply saying post to a PO box in TEXAS USA!! If I didn't want to do that, they would issue a partial refund to save me postage, and I could donate or pass the product on. I asked for the partial refund as it would have cost over £16 to send it anyway! They know this, so they make it sound like they are helping you. I have got the partial refund, but only because I chased it. Before this, I quickly cancelled the subscription and will be keeping an eye on my account. The product itself is identical to those sold for a few pounds on places like Shein, etc. It smells of nothing and didn't work. Stick to brands such as Virbac and Feliway. I should have checked on here before ordering; my stupid fault. Please don't waste your money as I have!

I ordered a diffuser from Therapet a couple weeks ago. My cat was 15 and having accidents outside the box. I was praying the diffuser would help. Unfortunately, my cat died last week before I got the product. When I messaged TheraPetMD and told them the situation, they refunded my money immediately. They don't even want the product back! I would definitely order from this company again! They are great!

LOVE LOVE this product!!!! My Rotti girl is crazy in the mornings. The least little movement I make in bed sets her off. Whiney noise going in circles. For someone who's not a morning person it's just a bad start to the day. I skeptical but what the heck. OMG she's a normal dog now. She's CALM!!! I gave one to a friend. When they leave their dog for vacation. She's stressed. A trip to the vet for diarrhea. Now she's mellow. Everyone is happy.
