I'm giving this company five stars for their stellar customer service. Unfortunately, the product did not work for my extremely high-strung, anxiety-ridden pug. I blame this more on my pug's personality than the product. When I contacted TheraPet for a refund, the customer service could not have been better. I had to provide photos (totally understandable) of the product for the return and a tracking # after returning (and return shipping isn't covered), but I received a full refund of my original purchase price before the returned package had even been received at their location. The customer service team was extremely fast in their responses and made the entire return process easier. So even if you're skeptical, I'd recommend giving the product a try because you can always return within the 30-day window!

I made a mistake on an order (which I falsely thought was their misrepresentation) and sent a "complaint" through their Contact Us option. They responded immediately, offering a full refund, bit I looked again at my order and found out I was the one mistaken. I sent an apology and again, quick and kind response by their staff. Great product (the only one that works on my 5 kitties) and exceptional customer service!!

Excellent experience today with John. I couldn’t see a light on when I plugged the diffuser in and he sent me a video showing how to tell if the light was on because it’s very faint… I think it would be good if you included this information in your set up for first time users like me, but I was overall very very pleased with the prompt response and the information I needed to tell me if it was working.

I had a recent shipment of cat diffusers come in & one package, even though sealed, had leaked some of the contents in the box. I contacted TheraPet Rx & right away they got back to me offering a replacement for the damaged products. They were prompt in response & fixing the issue. I highly recommend this company for their high quality products & their customer service support. ♥️🐈‍⬛🐈🐈‍⬛🐈

My pup is not fixed. He started marking at 8 months after we thought he was potty trained. Due to health issues, I wanted to wait at least a year before fixing him but he was marking non stop. I was skeptical the first week. After about two weeks I noticed a huge difference. He went from marking 20x a day to once…to zero. It was gradual and the diffuser was the only thing we changed. I made sure to carpet clean his old pee spots because they will pee over areas that smell like pee prior to diffusing. Now I turn off the diffuser when I’m home and turn it on an hour before I leave anywhere. Marking drop by 90%. The few times he marked this last month were only when I forgot to turn on the diffuser. I’m hoping I can transition him off of it over time. In the mean time, I’m super happy! Also, I initially thought my diffuser was broken when I first got it but customer service reached out quickly and helped me realize that it was working (I couldn’t see the tiny light unless the room was dark). Overall I’m super grateful! Also, my dog uses a pee pad and this didn’t seem to hinder his use of that thankfully!
