I have spent so much time and money to train my dog. He is finally accident free for two weeks now. Customer service is above and beyond and well. I had made a mistake when I ordered refil and they were on top of fixing the issue for me right away.

Bedtime was WAR. Dog wouldn't settle, paced for hours, whined constantly. Made everyone miserable. TheraPet = dog who actually sleeps. Revolutionary concept.

Even though the diffuser did not work for my dog,Jake, the customer service from TherapetMD was incredible. They stayed with me through several emails and offered suggestions for using the product. I think the diffuser didn't work for Jake because stress was not his issue. I think he's just being a brat!

I ordered my 1st diffuser when my cocker spaniel, Scruffy, he was a rescue used for breeding when I bought him, was scared to go outside when it was raining. He became more frightened when I had construction done, would not go out at all. He was fighting with my other dog, also a rescue, for no reason. When I ordered the therapet and plugged it in, he was like a different dog.Now goes outside through dog door all the time, no more accidents or fighting. I ordered a second diffuser which leaked, contacted support team and got a replacement quickly. Therapet is man and dogs best friend! Today 5/27 I received my Therapet Dog calming spray, can't wait to use it!

My spaniel started peeing on my bed after my work schedule changed. Vet said anxiety, suggested these plugins. Took about 10 days but accidents stopped completely. Washing sheets daily was getting old FAST.

The diffuser made no difference in my one year old pups indoor peeing. It is impossible to post a negative review on the company's website. There was a disclaimer of course, but transparency about its effectiveness from all users would have been appreciated. Glad I didn't subscribe.
