While I was hopeful that this product would work for my pet it sadly did not, BUT the customer service was top notch when it came time for the return/refund process! Give their product a try! You really do have nothing to lose!

When I opened my order one of the diffusers had a broken stickstick. Contacted Therapet and they responded very fast and sent out new refills. Only been using the product for not even a week. To early to tell if it works for my territorial cat.

Tha lady i spoke to was excellent.she helped us on pricing and shipment. My dog has full blown arthritis,he it a rottwieler so large dog. She was very simithitic. The product is the best. I am trying to get my vet to use your product. So they can help more dogs.

Rudy hasn't been so rude lately. Our older Yorkie has always (always) been determined to mark territory in the home. Nothing....repeat, nothing would work. This product does. He has curbed his behavior by 95%. When we thought he had relapsed, we determined one of the warmers had quit working. Replaced it - and he's back to being a good boy again.

Wish there was a zero to mark. Got my two sets and neither one lights up. Contacted customer service no response. Horrible company. I plugged in one of my defusers it warmed up so I figured it was working. Plugged in right next to where my pet went outside his box. As I watched him hit the defuser with his leg and pee in the spot.

Hello Renee, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand how frustrating this must be. That’s certainly not the level of service or product performance we aim to provide. Please know that our diffusers are designed to warm gently, not become hot, which is why the light indicator can sometimes be subtle depending on the room’s lighting. That said, we absolutely want to ensure you receive a working product—and a response from our team. If your messages went unanswered, we sincerely apologize. We’d love the opportunity to make this right. At your convenience, could you please reach out to us again at [email protected] with your order number? We’ll prioritize your message and offer a resolution right away. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us improve. Best Regards, Dawtie of TheraPetMD

My siamese screamed bloody murder every car ride to the point where I'd avoid taking her anywhere. Used Therapet for few weeks then tried travel, she actually just looked out window! Still not thrilled but no more opera perfomances.
