The CS is fantastic. I paid for expedited shipping & after they didn’t arrive within the time frame they refunded the shipping cost. Once they arrived I plugged them in and my dog has had less anxiety and zero accidents. Very happy!

Cat no longer going outside of litter box

Very easy ordering. Seems to really help to calm my dogs and keep them from making messes. Didn’t realize the diffusers were empty and our rescue started having accidents again. Hoping we can get him back on track quickly.

I ordered a therapy diffuser and paid close to $50 for it. I waited for it to be delivered and waited…. And waited. I got two delivery notices saying they had attempted delivery but were unable to deliver it. I was home both days, as I work from home. I live in a single residence. All they had to do was knock on the door. I emailed Therapet and asked about the order and they said to call the delivery service. I emailed the delivery service and got a standard reply that they would get back to me in 48 hours. I never heard back from them for over a week. I emailed again asking for my order or to be reimbursed. No response. I emailed therapet back and explained that the delivery service was not responding and I either wanted the product or to be reimbursed. It’s been several days and no response from Therapet. This company is a scam and will steal your money, not deliver your product, and then not answer your emails. Don’t order from them.

My two dogs were marking and peeing everywhere everyday I was spending so much money on cleaning products and had to shampoo my rugs daily, it literally got better on day 1 of buying this product. And they are so calm and relaxed and happy. I ordered 2 more for each floor of my house.

My review is on customer service. I’m happy customer service responded to my email. I have to send back my pad because I don’t have my puppy anymore. Hopefully my refund will be easy as well.

I used first bottle and wanted to try next One while in camper. To see if it kept her calmer. Waste of money. Still hyper in camper. Barking and jumping at the door still. Waste of money. Avoid
