We got our girl Pancake from the pound. Brought her home everything was great until it wasn’t. She started peeing outside of the box and pooping by the door. Our other cats started fights with her until we tried this out. Literally a game changer. I was ready to send her back to the pound. I am so grateful for this product.

I honestly figured I was throwing away money, however I was desperate. My new puppy was bouncing off the walls and pooping EVERYWHERE! I mean seriously. A duck faced diffuser is going to make a difference? Needless to say, I was WRONG!! These little guys actually work‼️ My daughter snagged one from me to use with her dog. Again positive results. The whole thing is easy peasy. Plug and leave it. Give it a try. If it doesn’t work out for you, just return it. Good luck with your fur baby!

Super disappointed in the customer service. My order was delivered someplace nowhere near where I live and they want to send a second shipment that I no longer want instead of refunding my money. They’re woefully unresponsive on my refund request but they found time to send an email asking how they did.

I have 2 dogs. One has extreme anxiety when there are any loud noises outside—- 4th of July and New Years Eve are awful. Our other dog goes crazy when they hear any dog in the neighborhood bark, when a delivery driver is stopped on our street and insane if they come to our door. Within a week, both my dogs were calmer, still playful, but not overreactive to everything. This has been amazing!!!

I had an excellent experience with TheraPet. The process was simple, fast, and very easy to understand. Everything worked exactly as described on the website, with no surprises or issues. Customer service was efficient, and the product/service fully met my expectations. You can tell the company truly cares about its customers. I would definitely use it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable service.

I can always tell when my Therapet runs out, my dog will start marking and my other dog will growl over her food. When this starts happening I can guarantee that my refill is gone or really low. I really couldn't believe what a difference this makes!

Offers a great product and ship fast. Second order and started a subscription.

I ordered 2 sets in November and have had 2 plugged in since receiving them. I have seen no difference with my cat. I wrote to the company to see about a return/refund. They offered for me to keep them and they would refund about one third of what I paid, or I could return the unused ones with full refund, minus shipping. I have sent 7 emails to start the process of refund, and it seems they have dropped off the earth....crickets. I am so discouraged and would NOT recommend this product.
