I don't know how anyone doesn't smell the terrible plastic smell it gives off. I plugged them in before work came home and immediately smelled it. Had them in all different rooms and smelled in each one. Gave me a headache. Also tried to contact customer service several times to return and no one has contacted me. I will be contacting the better business bureau and attorney general especially after how much money I spent.

Very great stuff. Definitely has calmed my two dogs down! I would recommend this stuff to anyone! Don’t hesitate buying!!!

Elizabeth, I've had one of the diffusers since just before Xmas 25 due to her uneasiness and being on edge. Within a week I noticed small differences by 2 weeks and her having to go stay with a friend whilst I had operation she was far more relaxed and the biting was far less. During this week when it needed a refill she has sat by the plug and pawed the receptical for 'more'. Says it all!! I can't find where I stored the refill so ordering more, hoping I'll come across the initial order in the meantime.

Great product my chapo is so calm very chilled, hecstill barks every so often but overall I truly believe the product has helped we have been using this product for almost a year already

An effective product at a reasonable price. I have one diffuser in their "bedroom" and it has reduced unwanted interactions overnight. We often have a lot of windows open during the day and a moderate sea breeze which makes the diffuser ineffective at those times so I've added the spray to my order so I can directly apply it to the cats bedding, play things and shared items.

I have an elder boy that pees everywhere and constantly licks. I have a younger girl who barks constantly and a younger girl who is a rescue and is very nervous. I started using this and things started to change for the better. Then I realized, the habits were starting again. After a few days, I checked the diffuser and it was empty so I changed it and bought more refills.

worst company service i’ve dealt with in awhile. Ignores repeated requests for unopened returns. Waffles about product safety for my parrot. Still have an unresolved order. I wouldn’t recommend this company for any reason. Going to now just/request my credit card to reverse charges. UPDATE Company indeed provided a full refund, i donated items to a friend that does animal rescue, which is fine..the inconsistency about bird safety should be a concern for any bird owner. Additionally it took multiple emails to get my refund, many went unresponded…

I have 3 rescue cats that did not get along. Constant hissing, and meowing at each other. TheraPetMD was my last resort and to my surprise it worked!!! Within a week of plugging in the diffusers they are calm and even sleep next to each other!! I strongly recommend this to anyone with cats that don’t get along.
