this is the third usb stick I bought but it is the first one to work.it's brilliant. the first time I ticked make small phtos but it took too long.when I ran it without ticking the box it ran perfectly.it has organised my photos.i can recommend it highly.

Super easy to use, took just minutes to sync and pull photos from my phone and put them on my computer. Fantastic product!

Tech support was fast and great and once the glitch was fixed all my photos on my phone were saved and transferred to my computer.

Can't get The PhotoStick to work. Claims in loaded over 10,000 photo but can't view them. Don't waste your money.

I'm neutral after buying two 128GB sticks and receiving them promptly. The first worked well; the second did not. And I wasted hours trying to get it right, with help from PS support. Finally returned both, which PS received two days ago. Haven't heard back from them yet, about the refund. But Stick 1 impressed me. And the idea of PS suits me well. Am prepared to buy a larger size storage device from them on condition that if it works perfectly, first try on my five devices that store photos when I get it, I keep it. If it does not work as advertised, then I return it for full refund. Without the technical help am already now all-too-familiar with. Watch this space
