My photostick keeps stalling
My photostick keeps stalling before it's started processing anything. Actually it did process a few once but since then it finds all the duplicates and all the ones already saved but doesn't get as far as processing the ones found and there is no way to kickstart it back into action other than cancelling and restarting. Why does it stall? It's nowhere near full.

Order correction efficiently handled.
There was an error with my order - the confirmation stated 3 items and I had only ordered 2. The "chat" was not operative so I sent an email (it was after hours). I was worried that the order would be processed before my email was read. First thing the next day, I received an email reply from Rachel. She said she had corrected the order. I was impressed with the efficient and immediate handling of my problem by Rachel. Rachel is an asset to this company, as I will not only do business with them again, but I will recommend them to friends and family. Thanks again Rachel.

Well starting with my stupidity, things…
Well starting with my stupidity, things got complicated. I’m in the UK and was a little surprised when, after authorising payment, taxes were added resulting in a much higher price than I thought. I cancelled the order and my payment was reversed immediately. All good! I then ordered through what I thought was a UK site and guess what? Same company. Tried to cancel again was assured it was, but it wasn’t. Then I was informed that it had already been shipped so they couldn’t do anything. But to cut a short story long, After a long conversation with Rachel, she found a solution for me and a refund. Happy man now. Thank you Rachel.

Five star customer service.
This review is for the customer service rather than the item. I ordered the picturestick Omni and paid with pay pal. I then realized that the regular picturestick would actually meet my needs. I contacted customer services to cancel. They said it had already been dispatched and couldn’t be cancelled, but they would refer it to a supervisor. Without further prompting, I was informed that it had been cancelled and my refund had been made. What a relief. Definitely five star service.

Love it!!! PhotoStick is a great Gift
Love it!! I had 2,500 photos on my iPhone and doubles. The stick in less than 3 minutes downloaded and deleted doubles. Now my phone is freed up and 2,000 originals are on the stick😃.
