Correcting my mistake ... I subscribed for the main product to be sent 2 containers monthly . Not realizing my husband had already ordered the product and had extra on the shelf . Our dog is a yorkie and only takes one chew a day . So this meant I was already way ahead in our supply of probiotic chews . I needed to opt out of monthly subscriptions . I emailed them and was taken care of in a very timely manner . I can now go back to ordering as needed .

Seems fine, yet to try dental formula, but wished to cancel subscription. Took ages to work out how to cancel, think I have done it, but not easy at all. Also could find no phone number to contact. No problem, just wanted to cancel my subscription and reorder when I am ready. Thanks!

I didn't realise I was subscribing to this and can't get hold of anyone to cancel. Have been charged again for next mth require to cancel as my dog won't drink the water

The vitamins for my fur babies seem to be helping! They look forward to the vitamins each day as I think they think it's a yummy snack. In addition, the Petlab customer service agents are patient, kind and have met my needs. Definitely recommend these vitamins through Petlab!

I just hung up from talking with "Alexander" in Customer Service. You need to be told what an EXCELLENT" employee you have representing Petlab! He was concerned & listened to my complaint & apologized for what happened. I feel so much better now and Alexander gets all the credit. I wish more people in Customer Service employeement would be like he is to talk.to I am writing this to say that I just talked to."Alexander" In Customer service Petlab. very good product ,my dog is ill and have to stop all except food .and water plus cost of living crisis makes money tight..am stopping all unnecessary costs thank you .. if you send me any mor....e i will send them straight back ihave cancelled my orders as from last week ,cannot give to my dog so dont need them dont ignore this edit
