My original order got messed up and was lost in transit. I called customer service, explained my situation, and they fixed it right away. They even sent my 2nd order express! Wonderful customer service and product! I’m hopeful this probiotic chew is helping my dog’s chronic ear infections due to over growth of yeast in his body. He hasn’t been scratching much, at all, since starting the chews about 5 weeks ago. Great!!

Product is great

I’m very happy with the product it’s self however I’m not happy about waiting over a month for a refund for a package that came empty not even a packaging slip inside. It wasn’t sealed all the way when I got it it was only have sealed I don’t know if it’s a packaging error or if someone took the contents out! I received two packages that day the other was fine and included the correct contents. I’ve since ordered more but if I can’t get the refund I was promised or at least the two bottles I ordered replaced I’m afraid i will have to find a replacement elsewhere! I really hope this can be resolved because I’m so impressed with what I’ve ordered thus far! I was told there was an issue with the first try at refund in April last I heard was May 7th saying the rep fixed it and ensured I’d have my refund

I ordered the product my 1 year old lab has a really bad yeast ear infection I’ve tried everything do you think these would help him how long does it take affect

my pittie has seen improvement on allergy and immune support chews. He takes them no problem. after 1xweek notice fur softer and shiny. after 2 weeks less paw licking and scratching

I'm still missing an order from March

We have a 13 year old Yorkie mix who has horrible teeth (and breath!). Due to some other health issues, we did not feel comfortable having her go for an in depth cleaning. We tried the ProBright Advanced and could not be more satisfied. My girl is a finicky eater AND has a sensitive stomach and there have been zero issues with her eating her food when this is sprinkled on it. Most importantly, her breath is noticeably better and her teeth look less yellow/brown. We recently tried the Prebiotic Dental sticks on a whim. Our dog has NEVER accepted a dog chew and we’ve tried them all. I was shocked when she accepted and started eating this one (so surprised that I even video’d her eating it to show my daughter who was just as shocked. These products work!! We couldn’t be more grateful.
