I ordered the probiotic support tablet for my spaniel who has a sensitive stomach and is on a special diet but still has the scratching and the itching of the ears and shaking of the head. The process of ordering and delivery was very easy and quick and I was very impressed with that. However I was less impressed with the product itself. After a day or so my dog started with the most atrocious wind. I noticed that his ears were a bit dirty when they have been spotlessly clean for so long. After a week I cut my losses and stuck the rest of the tablets in the bin as he seems to be worse, not better. The emails were interesting as well. After a couple of days later I received an email telling me that I should be starting to notice a difference in my pets’ behaviour. Then a few days later I got another email saying it could take up to 3 months to see the benefits. At £30 a pop I wasn’t going to be buying another 2 tubs of these things. Looking at all the positive views I can’t say that the product in general doesn’t work. All I can say is that it didn’t work for my dog so please don’t buy it thinking it will solve all problems. I’d like to add that I have since been contacted by the manufacturer and they asked for some details and provided me with a refund. I have increased the stars from 2 to 4, not because of the refund, but because the company was keen for feedback and were very quick to respond. This product was not right for my dog, but I’m happy to say that I am confident that the manufacturer cared enough to get more feedback relating to what my dog experienced.

Well let's see, I would like to order the product, but your website makes it impossible. I've tried numerous times to order the product for my dog and it's so complicated and almost impossible. You could be more helpful by maybe leaving a way to get contact with a human, rather than going through this confusing website. Thanks, but you just lost a potential awesome customer!!

My dog has never thrown up and in last two weeks since she has taken the, she’s thrown up. Does not seem her normal self. I will not continue to give them to her 😞

Still have not received my product. This is my second product that has not been delivered in a timely fashion. I might add I will not be placing a third order with you.

While she hasn't stopped scratching or smelling like fritos there is a marked improvement!! So pleased!
