This is a scam. Never received my order but they def took my money. I called and emailed and called and emailed and nothing until I left a negative review then I got an automated reply. They don’t answer the phone and they do. It let you cancel. Even if you cancel they keep charging you and do not provide the product. I’ve reported to the BBB and have my CC blocking them. Do not get scammed by this BS company. They are thieves. They ask for my order number and I gave it to them. Never heard a thing back and I gave them my case numbers from when I made a complaint. Still nothing. Look at the bad reviews they’re all the same. So that should tell you everything you need to know. There are better products from legit companies. This company will go under and I’ll make sure it happens.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY ‼️ I ordered a product when it arrived it was for dogs over 75 lbs. my dog is smaller than that so I wanted to return the product. The fist thing I did was try to send them an email but that was undeliverable. So I called the number provided on the website only to set on hold for more than 2 hours and never spoke with anyone. So I found the address to send returns to but that was sent back to me because the address the company provides is not a real address. Needless to say I have a $70.00 product I can’t use and can’t get refund because this company is fraudulent and is just stealing money from customers!!

Was glad I could order at discounted price without subscription

If I could give them a negative star rating by way of customer service, I would. I stayed on the phone for two hours and 26 minutes waiting for a human being to answer and an automated voice came on saying that there were no Customer Service representatives to take my call and disconnected I have tried unsuccessfully for two weeks to reorder ProBright Advanced and no matter what debit or credit card I put in for the order, their billing system declines it. PetLabCo overnighted one container of this last week because my dogs were running out and the customer service representative confirmed that the payment issue would not happen again, yet it did. I have never seen such a pathetically run company with such low standards for customer service. Maybe they should let the dogs try to run the company. At least we would be entertained and not so angry about starting a product we thought would help our pets and now cannot get any longer. I will be looking for an alternative to their product and I suggest you do the same. 3-6-25 UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY: I wrote a full explanation through their chat bot. I provided my contact information as well. Shocker: I have not heard from anyone regarding my concerns except as a result of this poor review. Again, it shows your true lack of concern about customer service. I only received this quick and unhelpful reply because you obviously do care about your poor review. ALL OF INFORMATION THAT YOU NEED TO RESOLVE MY ISSUES- YOU ALREADY HAVE!

Impossible to cancel subscription. They keep trying to take money even after you cancel the subscription. They dont answer to anything: emails, phone calls, or the live chat, doesnt matter no response is ever reveived.

SCAM DONT BUY IT I never received my order number, just the email saying when I order and how much it was. Tried to contact no reply

I didn't plan to order these but petlabs included them in my order. was excited to get them because, who doesn't like free stuff? Well, I don't know if the package had gotten moisture in it or what, but the treats were just dissolved in to dust with a few lumps in it. Now, I just ordered the probright powder for my dog again and even though I unclicked the button to receive the salmon treats, it still is sending some. Hopefully it will be in good condition.

We are using the probiotic chews. I think they are really helping our dogs with the itching issues and their poops are solid. No mushy poops.
