DO NOT Buy from them!! I have tried to cancel my subscription multiple times, and they keep sending more product and billing me. When you try to call to cancel, they say wait times are 1 hr. total rip off

Love the products...BUT their help line needs to be better staffed. If they can change their message to say "due to higher call volume your wait time may exceed 1 hour" they need to hire more staff. Better yet create online chat. Their help page was not helpful with my question.

This company is a cash grab, they will subscribe and charge you without agreement, and then make it impossible to get reimbursed. stay away, product does not help my dog , I purchased the probiotics, the product is rock hard and dry, very low quality, I am very disappointed

My dog has been on the probiotics for almost a year and we have not seen an improvement. We recently have taken a break from the product and I believe her bowels and stomach may be more "normal" with less issues.
