It is easy to use the web site to adjust or pause my subscription. The Pro-Bright product has helped my two dogs teeth look some whiter and has improved their bad breath.

My fog has decreased his licking and scratching considerably. Not 100% but much better and he eats his food with the supplement in it.

SCAM ARTISTS. Just like so many other people, I was signed up for the auto-reorder system without my knowledge and charged for an order I never placed. I tried to cancel the subscription but could not log in. It took them almost two weeks to respond to my email to their customer service, in which they told me I had chosen the subscription instead of the one time purchase, which is what they have said to everyone else. If you call their customer service line, it says it will be an hour long wait. If you email their customer service rep back, it says their mailbox is full and cannot receive more emails. Do not trust this company.

I ordered the allergy & immune probiotic soft chew, but the tablets were very hard, not soft chew. Tried calling and email the company and never got through...over and hour wait to speak to a customer service rep. Product is not returnable according to their policy, but they should not advertise as soft chew...mine were hard as a brick. I ordered through Amazon Prime and received April 4, 2025. Based on my experience, would not recomend doing business with this company
