Product was Good for my Dog, it stopped his itchy ness do to Allergies. He's a 15 year old Terrier. Delivery was always on Time. Totally recommend This Product.

I received a message saying my subscription was about to be processed on Sunday, that I could stop the shipment if I contacted them, but then followed by an order confirmation minutes later. I emailed immediately because I had ordered a three month supply on my original order, so I don’t need more product yet. No one has responded to my email. I waited on hold for an hour today to talk to customer service and finally had to give up because that’s ridiculous. I have now canceled my subscription and will not recommend this business. If I am still charged for this subscription and shipment, I will be filing a fraud charge.

I would never order from this company again . I ordered two jars of tooth cleaner . I don’t notice a difference after one jar used . But more concerning is I did not sign up for future orders or an account and after three weeks the company has attempted to bill me , and after at least 7 tries I had to block my credit card from them , could not get through on phone or email . I finally had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Finally got an email today saying they would resolve this , five minutes later they attempted to bill me again 😣 Just be careful ordering from them !!!
