Customer service is impeccable. Unfortunately my pup didn’t like the chews, I really wish she did! She just wouldn’t eat them no matter what I tried. She is only young and fussy so not the brands fault.

Our pets love the chews but it hasn’t helped my dogs ears. I ask the to be shipped every 2-3 months I get them twice a month 3 in one shipment and two the next I wondering if I have 2 accounts. Please check. I have 8 bottles sitting on my counter with 3 more on the way HELP!!!!

You have to be careful when you choosing a subscription from this company because once you choose one, you can't cancel it. All of a sudden, the subscription editing that I've been doing so far doesn't work. I can order and do everything else on this website, but I can't cancel my subscription. When I click the edit subscription button, all I see is a picture of a dog barking in a circle. Am I going to keep getting billed for stuff I don't even want? I have already tried other internet browsers, but nothing worked. Is there any other way than leaving my email here publicly? I have already sent an email to customer service with the same name a few days ago.(last Thursday)However, I still only received automated messages and no helpful replies.I would like you to resolve this issue as soon as possible after seeing that email. I would like to cancel my subscription.

You would -0 review if could give it, you have horrible site for cancellation, I’ve canceled this stupid site over 3 months, you still are charging my card , literally spelled out for you in address portion of the app.you still are charging me for shit I canceled . You will be charged for fraudulent charges at this point. You help email not fluffing helpful messaged over six time about this you keep charging me for this stuff I don’t want .

The probiotic chew is not helping my dog. And I somehow have 2 subscriptions I'd like to cancel.

Dishonest and unethical I, like other reviewers purchased 1 pot of PetLab Probiotic as I had a pretty good suspicion that my dog would not eat the chews, but as they claim to be so good for gut health, I was will to pay a one-off fee to try. Imagine my surprise when a short while later, an email arrives telling me another pot is on the way as per my 'subscription'. So naturally, I sought out the website to cancel said 'subscription' asap (the email I received was a no-reply type). The website had a FAQ. One of which posed the question 'how do I unsubscribe?'. It stated that before you can do this, you must open a 'customer portal account' - really? So I attempted to do just that - I gave my email address and a made up password and was told that a verification email would be sent to my email address. I IMMEDIATELY went to my email and clicked on the link and it told me the link had expired So I repeated the process and it said it had expired So I repeated the process and it said it had expired So I repeated the process and it said it had expired TEN times I tried to activate this "customer portal" and it just does not lead to anything. So, I tried call the telephone number (which is in the States btw (!) ). This did not connect to anything. I've emailed and await a reply. So now I've reported fraudulent activity on my card to my bank. DO NOT give your bank details to this company.

CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD PURCHASE AND CALCULATE EACH ORDER CAREFULLY!! If I could give 0 star, I would. I had a subscription for my dog for multiple jars of joint and probiotic chews. On one occasion in January, the price displayed on the subscription did not reflect what was being charged on my credit card. Upon cross-referencing the prices, petlab did not understand how a price discrepancy had happened and why I was charged a different price vs what was displayed on my subscription. They refunded me $42.47. Then in April, a different incident happened where the prices on my subscription was ~$85 (NOT including tax) when I added up the products myself. However, the total price displayed at the bottom of the subscription was ~$96 (NOT including tax) and was $106 after tax. I was charged $106 on my credit card. Again, I contacted customer support and they were unable to identify the cause of the discrepancy and refunded me the difference but refused to honored the lower price moving forward. I will no longer buy any products from petlab due to their dishonesty to their customers and price inconsistencies. This is unethical, and they are literally stealing money from their customers by charging them incorrectly. I strongly advise anyone who wants to continue doing business with petlab to calculate their purchases and compare the charges on your credit card every month.
