Product works well. Having a little trouble getting the subscription to work well. Either running out or over loaded with product. Trying to get it to come the week before running out

I got the allergy and immune product. It did not work. I canceled my subscription and a second one was sent to me and was charged now a third one is being sent to me and they’re telling me I placed an order which I didn’t after the first one. I had to take my dog to the vet because he was having the worst allergies ever. I I paid for the vet visit plus he’s usual allergy medication so I spent four times the cost of this product which they advertise that it works. It does not. Now for this third order was charged to my bank account and customer service won’t give me a full refund. I have not even gotten the order. I am willing to send it back for a full refund. They stated they will send me return instructions which I ask, I hope they are free and you send me a label. I will not pay for returning a product. I haven’t even open and it doesn’t work you advertise that this works. Usual show all his dog videos and customers talking about this great product. I’ll do the same advertisement for you. If you pay me please do not tell People this product works when I see all the reviews prior to mine telling you it doesn’t it is very hard to stop a subscription. I canceled mine and I still have my email from two months ago saying it was canceled. They keep sending me items every month that I keep getting charged. They do not want to do the full refund. Everyone please do not buy this product the company does not want to return your money. When I go to my account, I cannot even delete my bank account. I think this is just a scam and I will report to the Better Business Bureau.

I read all the reviews before committing to buying and have tried everything for my cocker spaniels allergies and nothing has worked…Apoquel worked for a few years with the itching and licking never helped with the ear issues and now she seems to have become immune to it and is back to itching and licking and her ears are still yeasty and black wax so I have been doing a lot of research after spending thousands of dollars at the vet over the years and the comments and reviews made me really hopeful…but there wasn’t any couple day results…so far she has had 2 months of the chews and I had to put her back on the apoquel a month in because once again her licking and itching were out of control and she still has yeasty ears that I have to clean out 2-3 times a day…also had to do a script of a yeast infection pill…when I picked up her scripts I told them I was trying PetLab probiotic chews and wasn’t seeing any change and they told me to stick with them that can take 60 days or more to actually change the gut health and start working sooooo I’m still hopeful that this is going to work because I have tried everything !!!😢🤞🏻so 60 days in and not impressed yet🥴

Hi Susie, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, and we’re truly sorry to hear how challenging this has been for you and your Cocker Spaniel. Every dog’s body is unique, and while some pups may respond sooner, it’s completely normal for supplements to take at least 3 months to show their full benefits. We completely understand your eagerness to see changes right away, and we truly hope the next month will bring the positive changes you’ve been looking for. Please know we’re here to support you and your pup every step of the way. Wishing your sweet pup comfort very soon. All the best, PetLab Co.

I canceled over a month ago and got charged for cancellation. Received an acknowledgment email. Now I am being charged again for a product I don't receive anymore.
Response from PetLabCo.Aug 13, 2025
Hi Barbara, We're sorry for the frustration this has caused. Once a subscription is canceled and you’ve received the confirmation email, there shouldn’t be any further charges. In some cases, an order may have already been processed before the cancellation took place, which could explain the charge. So we can look into this right away and make things right, could you please provide the order ID? We’ll investigate what happened and get back to you with a resolution as quickly as possible. Kind regards, PetLab Co.

I have order this product, at first my dog like it and then it finished and I reordered and the next batch came same order as the first and the formula must have changed and the dog doesn’t like it anymore. I tried contacting the company and sent them cancellation subscription, and to my surprise, they still are going into my account and take orders. I’ve also refused to accept an order and give it back to the delivery person and I have not received a credit for that order. This company is very hard to get in touch with once you do a subscription from them. They continue to try to get money out of your account. This is not good and they do not reply back as to what the problem is or if we can try to solve it no, they just go into your account and take the money even though you send them several email, letting them know that you are cancelling your subscription.
