I bought your product for the first time trying it on my dog. She seems to be doing a little bit better with the itching in the scratching so we’re just taking it one day at a time. I ordered a one time only purchase two jars and I received notice that I was signed up for subscribing save in the shipment was sent out took $59 from my account and I was a little bit upset and reflected back that I did not do subscribe and save And they offered to only refund me half of the product which I don’t even need any yet. I wanna just get it as I need it so I replied with that I want to be refunded my whole $59 and they agreed to that and also told me that I could keep the product that’s coming in the mail which I wasn’t expecting that at all But I was thankful I would recommend your company to my friends

I love the product. My dog is handsome and is thriving with this but as a senior citizen, I have fixed income and it’s expensive. I don’t want to stop it, but I may have to.

Do not buy from this company if you desire the freedom to cancel your subscription or return any items. On the website the contact us page has no link or email. It’s a lot of run around trying to figure out how and who to contact. I still don’t know. I’m so pissed. This kind of thing infuriates me. I also cancelled my subscription before the cut off date for a refill order and they sent it anyway. I’m trying to return that. Also when I go back to site it leads me to a page that says the next order is pending. After already going through the cancel subscription process 3 times already! With regards to product, I don’t know if it works. My dogs doesn’t love the taste so I only give it to him once a day. I don’t want every meal of his to be off putting. So I pass.

This company has great customer service. This chew that I give my dog for immune and allergy has helped him with scratching and the tear stains.
