Can I give less than 1 star. I subscribed and ordered a one month supply of small and medium jars. My experience has been total frustration. One, my one dog is an easy feeder. Eats (usually) anything. My second dog is a picky eater. As per instructions, I started by feeding about a 1/4 scoop in their food. I feed a good quality kibble with fish oil added. NEITHER of my dogs would eat the food. Next day I added a ‘topper’ of Fresh Pet stirred in. NEITHER dog would eat. I tried adding a little bacon grease. NEITHER dog would eat. Two. I cancelled the subscription on August 12. I got a email confirming that the subscription was cancelled. Sound easy? NOT. I got notification a jar was in route. I tried emailing that NO, I had cancelled. Email bounced. This AM I received an email that my order was in route, and then delivered. What?? I called Customer Service. Now, get this. I subscribed and ordered 2 jars. Same subscription. Now I’m told that cancelling my subscription only cancelled one jar. Not the other. Uh, when you cancel the subscription, how do you cancel it twice for each jar? I said I would not pay for it. Told them to send me a mailing label and I’d return it. Nope. He said they would refund HALF the charge and I could give away the jars. Am I happy? Heck no!! So what can I do? I can start doing bad reviews. I can tell everyone I know not to order any. That is what I can, and will do. Nothing but the truth. And I kept their emails.

Hi Marti, We’re so sorry to hear about your frustrating experience. It sounds like part of the issue may have been that an order was already processed before your cancellation took place, which can sometimes happen if the request is made while the shipment is already in progress. Regarding the refund options you were offered, we do sometimes extend a 50% refund if you’d like to keep the items and possibly donate them, but please know you always still have the option to return the order for a full refund if you’d prefer, as long as it meets our return policy. So we can get this sorted for you right away, could you please provide your order ID? Once we have that, we’ll be able to look into your account and make sure everything is properly resolved. Best regards, PetLab Co.

The amazing customer service is only surpassed by the quality of their products. My picky pup absolutely loves the Beef Jerky Recipe. He’s a huge fan and gets so excited when he sees me reach for the bag. Highly recommend trying it and the other top notch PetLab products
