I delayed the shipment through your website when I got the notice my auto ship was being prepped. I followed the instructions and it was still shipped. Why does this not work? I have three full containers . Guess the only option is to cancel and order as needed. So disappointed.

I've given these to my dog Toodles before, and they actually made him stop scratching as much as he usually did. Financially I wasn't able to get them again till now, and his scratching got progressively worse. I had to get them again for Toodles. He has no one else to care for him.

Took 3 weeks to get delivered, every couple of days I recvd an email saying failed delivery, unacceptable.
