I made a one time purchase - A three month supply to test out the product, ProBright Advanced. However, I today received a 2nd three monthly supply. When I checked their website, they had me listed as having a recurring monthly subscription. Reporting fraud to BBB today as well. To date, haven't noticed the product even works. Now, stuck with another 3 month supply. PetLab has permanently lost me as a customer.

Regarding your subscription, we understand how that could be confusing. Before completing an order, you can always review whether you’ve selected the one-time purchase or subscription option. Meanwhile, it might take up to 3 months of consistent use for supplements to show the best potential benefits. Each dog is different. Some dogs see the potential benefits within month 1, and some see them from months 2 and 3 onwards. We’d love to take a closer look at this and learn more about your dog's experience.
