IS a SCAM, onn their website they add a big discount and when you buy it they automatically put you on a monthly subscription , then you call the customer service and they blame you ( the customer) for apparently not reading well the options instead of canceling the subscription and thats it. I will throw my order to the trash because i dont trust them, i thought it was a serious company and i feel sad for the people that thinks they are pro pets. by the way the website is confusing on porpose so you dont cancel their scam.
