I do not need this much product! It’s way too much and I don’t want to subscribe anymore. I just want to buy the product when I need it.
Response from PetLabCo.Nov 28, 2025

That said, a member of our team will be reaching out shortly to assist you directly and make sure everything is taken care of for you. I ordered a 3 month supply initially, but after 30 days I received another jar with notice another one was scheduled. There is no info about a way to talk to any one. The only thing you can do is change delivery dates but only goes out one month.
Response from PetLabCo.Nov 27, 2025
Hello Linda, We’re sorry to hear about the confusion with your recent orders. After reviewing your account, it looks like there are two active subscriptions for the same product, which may be why the shipments are arriving more frequently than expected. We’ll be reaching out to you shortly so we can customize your subscription to better fit your dog’s needs. This way, you’ll have plenty of time to use each product and avoid receiving extra shipments too soon. Thank you for bringing this to our attention — we truly appreciate it! Best Regards, PetLabCo.
