I had a product in my cart. I do NOT order it!!! Suddenly I have an email saying that my order is on its way. I emailed them immediately and told them that I would send back their product as soon as I got it and wanted a full refund. AI answered me only asking for my info on my account. In 3 emails. The last I got was thay someone would be in touch. Well no one has "been in touch". I dont know what to do when it arrives. I dont want to be out of my money and product. I am so very pissed off !!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Hello Cheryl, We’re truly sorry for the frustration this situation has caused, and we completely understand why you’d be upset. Please know that an order will not be processed simply because an item was added to the cart. Orders only go through once checkout is completed and payment is confirmed using a debit/credit card or another payment method. That said, we’d be more than happy to look into this for you and get it resolved properly. To assist you as quickly as possible, could you please share your order ID with us? You’re always welcome to reach out to us directly as well to make the cancellation. We offer a “Contact Us” form on our website, which is the fastest way to get in touch with our team for any concerns. Best Regards, PetLabCo.

It says that you delivered my item and I do not have my item. It was never delivered. It doesn't even show a picture of where it should have been delivered.
Response from PetLabCo.Dec 17, 2025
Hello Donna, We’re very sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order. According to our records, the package shows as delivered on our end, and a delivery photo was provided indicating where it was left. That said, we completely understand your concern and would be happy to help. We’ll be reaching out to you shortly to assist further and make sure this is resolved as quickly as possible. Best Regards, PetLabCo.

Trying to cancel a subscription is virtually impossible round and round in circles, asking to log on portal but then it doesn't let you keep getting an oops .Have emailed and keep getting a reply from an AI ? asking me to be patient ?? They have now taken £40 from my account and sending me stuff I dont want... Beware
