Can't get any reply after taking pictures of the wrong parts they sent me. Still can't use my refrigerator due to no hinge. Complained over phone several times only got one return call. Asked for pictures now no response at all. I would find another business to get your parts. Unfortunately I have not found this item anywhere else. But still looking

Very pleased all around. Fast getting my item shipped. Easy finding what I was looking for. Had a question and when called got it answered quickly and very satisfactory. I would defiantly recommend Nor cold.

I runup on the norcold guys while looking for a part for my refrigerator. I curiously called, I told them what I was looking for, the guy i talked with started asking questions and he told me that it was only one item I needed , not all of the others I was requesting. It took him of matter of five minutes to get me the part I needed on it's way. 3 days later the part is here . I installed the part reset the refrigerator and were back in business Thank you. This was the third part that I had delivered to me for my refrigerator and it was the only one that worked. The other two were from other companies both telling me they would work and they did not. Many thanks for a job well done
